Rai tv on Ipad

Hi, can somebody give some help on how and if it is still possible to watch Rai Tv from an ipad after Crucis has been closed down ??? i can access the server no problem from pc but it seems its not working from ipad even if vpn tunnel works ok and i have no dns leaks. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hello!

 

You can watch RAI channels from any AirVPN server in the world. It's important that you use the VPN DNS (10.4.0.1) once the device is connected to a server.

Unfortunately that works only from a pc not from an Ipad

Oh yes... you're right, unfortunately RAI uses Silverlight. Mobile Safari on the iPad will not support or play Microsoft Silverlight content. Apple has also restricted the use of Silverlight on the iPhone.

Actually App store has a dedicated app to watch all RAI content including all live streams. It used to work great with the italian server crucis but not with all the other Airvpn servers. So it is something definitely related to the VPN.

Hi, I also would be very much intereseted in being able to use the RAI app in the Ipad again.

Hopefully something can be done about this.
