Server selection

This might be a dumb question but when you connect to AirVPN what do you look at when picking a server. I usually go to status and see who has the highest Mbit/s but I'm unsure if thats what to do. Also is 100% mean its max out on bandwidth so you should select a low %?  I'm from the USA so I try to pick from USA or Canada but I have better speeds coming from Netherlands. Can anyone give me some insight on how they select their server for speed.

the percentage shows the busy bandwidth of each VPN server. Therofore 100% means that the server is at capacity. Values higher than 100% mean that the server is over capacity (bursts). The lower the % value, the more bandwidth a VPN server is able to provide.
