Came home to find that AirVPN disconnected by itself...

Recommended Posts

I'm pretty pissed about this because I never had this happen in the past. I had AirVPN and a bunch of torrents running, but when I came home, I noticed that I was disconnected from the VPN. There was a dialog that said that "Authorization failed."

How do I avoid this in the future? Is there a way to kill all traffic when AirVPN drops?

Hello!

Yes, there are several ways, you can find many of them in our How-To section ("Forums"->"How-To"), according to your OS, as specified in the welcome e-mail as well.

Kind regards

If you are using Viscosity for your VPN, there is a script you could use to stop your torrent software when VPN quits to avoid leaks.

You can go to sparkslab and search for the script.
