Heya. i would like to know whether the US servers are located at the same area, or is 1 of them east and the other west ?

because im using the service to play from europe to some US east servers.

So which server would be best for me

Hello!

Vega and Sigma are both located on the West Coast. You might also try Lyra (Netherlands), which is in a datacenter with a good peering with several USA based providers.
