Client says connected but can't access the web

I've bene using the client for some time, last night I was having problems, I thought it was just a temporary problem but then today same thing, despited saying it's connected (same with any server) I can't access anything online, I noticed that the client is displaying weird upload session stats.

I even tried using OpenVPN with a config file generated from AirVPN website, same thing, connected but can't actually acces any online service.

Any idea?

Hello!

 

Can you please check whether it's a DNS issue?

 

Please try the following commands (while the system is connected to a VPN server) from a command prompt with administrator privileges and send us the output:

 

ipconfig /flushdns

ping 10.4.0.1

ping google.com

ping 8.8.8.8

Hi there,

 

Was this issue resolved? If so what was the problem. A friend of mine has just got airvpn and she has virgin media. She seems to be having the exact same issue. I've told her to flush her dns which succeeds but all the packets when she tries to ping get lost. Then airvpn disconnects. Any help would be appreciated
