It would be desirable on more in detail, your actions in case of official inquiry.? How many people have handed over or anybody.?

Unfortunately it's nearly impossible to give an universally good answer to a generic question. Can you please be more specific? What do you mean with "people handed over"? Also, please refer to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We don't monitor the activity of our customers and we don't keep logs, we act as a mere conduit of data/information.

If a jurisdictional competent authority should warn us about activities performed through our VPN servers that are related to an alleged violation of human rights we will provide an appropriate response and take the proper actions according to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at the bottom of each page of this website. Such authorities do not include private actors (typical example: copyright trolls).
