guillaume 0 Posted ... Hello, I connect to the VPN to any UK server, so letting AirVPN choosing which server is best for me at the time (server with least load). However If i do this at this time I get connected to Cassiopeia or Bootis; which clearly are having issues (for a while already now) looking at the ping matrix. Would it be possible for AirVPN to exclude servers with issues from the DNS replies. Because the 'best' server is actually one of the worse servers. Massive packet loss, slow connectivity ... I have currently manually selected a UK server as a workaround. Quote Share this post Link to post
Staff 9972 Posted ... Hello! The system already takes into consideration latency times to discard servers. There's something wrong at the moment, we are investigating. Kind regards Quote Share this post Link to post

Staff 9972 Posted ... Hello, we have been forced to bring down Bootis and Cassiopeia. Both servers have some line problem which limits bandwidth severely. Having them down causes them not to appear anymore as "Best" servers. This is a very particular case in which the system formula to determine the best server fails. We have asked for datacenter support. Kind regards Quote Share this post Link to post
