How fast does support react to tickets?

i opened a support ticket on July 12, but still got no reply on that. Any idea, what the typical answering time of the support is?

That does not remove the responsibility of support to at least reply to indicate that they received the ticket.

I asked for a VAT invoice, as suggested here: https://airvpn.org/topic/8641-airvpn-as-a-tax-deduction/ ... so.. not really a complicated question.

 

Any staff member around here who could explain what happened to the ticket?
