  1. Hi everyone, i used AirVPN when I had to use public wifi; this year I bought a Chromebook so I was looking for an alternative for 4-5 days. I've read some threads on Reddit about hotels anche other places (like Starbucks) that block the VPNs through firewall and now I've come up with an idea: could I use my smartphone for tethering with a WiFi (my carrier doesn't permit tethering) and force AirVPN on port 80? I read that AirVPN allow connection on port 80 (correct me please, if I'm wrong) and this port should be the best to avoid firewall trouble. Thank you for your helping. Bobo
  2. I've got OpenVPN for Android running on my Android smartphone & successfully connected to AirVPN. However my devices which are tethered to the smartphone do not seem to be passing their internet traffic thru AirVPN even though the phone does pass internet traffic thru the VPN. Is there a way I can set this up? I've searched on these forums and online as well but couldn't find much help. Thanks in advance.
  3. Does anyone know if using a vpn will bypass the tethering limit (2gb of 'unlimted data') on the UK Three mobile network?I want to upgrade my phone however i use it for tethering daily and will blow through that limit in a single day. Thanks
