  1. Hi, I'm experiencing latency spikes and packet loss when connected via the VPN. Once about every 10 seconds (i.e. pretty consistently) my latency spikes from ~20 ms to ~120 ms. Packets seem to get lost during those spikes (TeamSpeak shows 1-3% packet loss both in and out, and the audio is audibly mangled). I've tried various different settings (UDP/TCP, different ports, enable/disable driver upgrade, different socket send/receive buffer sizes, etc.) and various different servers in Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, and Sweden to no effect. I'm not seeing this issue with other VPN services, but the AirVPN client is much more configurable than others, so maybe I've set something incorrectly. OS is Win 8.1. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
