  1. Since we started using AirVPN, we've been getting occasional "Access Denied" messages at various sites at various times. Here's one for www.lowes.com: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.lowes.com/" on this server. Reference #18.e0ad717.1493485935.43affc48 So far, the common denominator has been that these sites are hosted by Akamai (and Lowe's passed the buck on me and told me to contact Akamai (who, from other messages on their site, would pass that buck right back and say they can't help me because I'm not their customer -- I'd have to contact their customer (i.e., Lowe's in that case)). Looking at Akamai's site, I see this: https://community.akamai.com/community/cloud-security/blog/2016/04/19/security-vs-convenience That basically says something like: "Our Client Reputation module, a module that is sold to Akamai Kona Site Defender Customers, tracks bad behavior by IP. Those customers decide to block those IPs based on this. We, Akamai have nothing to do with it. Don't contact us. Contact the site and have them open a ticket with us. But, we know you're a criminal anyway and you're just trying to fool us." I don't even want to talk about their blocking people based on IP address and IP addresses change (or, in this case, shared). Regardless, I'm guessing I'm seeing this issue because at some time, someone who also used the AirVPN server I'm using (in this case, it appears to be Heze (I don't seem to get that message when I'm using that Persei)) did something bad(ish). The thing is, sites like: http://whatismyipaddress.com/blacklist-check don't show anything bad associated with the Heze, though they do with Persei (claiming bl.spamcannibal.org has it listed). Is there anything we can do? Is there anything AirVPN can do?
  2. I am unable to access tesco.com using AirVPN. Not that I actualy want to but the wife does! I have only tested it using Menkib (Germany) so far, although it is a problem which I noticed a few months back when I was using other servers. Any suggestions? Are Tesco blocking countries or VPNs? " Access DeniedYou don't have permission to access "http://www.tesco.com/" on this server. Reference #18.847a7a5c.1407102083.17b0f281 "
