  1. I hope somebody can help me. I've been on with tech support for two days and haven't been able to make ANY progress. Here's the situation: 1) Running Ubuntu Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS 2) Got everything installed OK and I can connect to VPN servers using Eddie Desktop, Portable Eddie CLI, and Portable Eddie GUI 3) Problem is once I am connected to VPN servers I lose all access to name servers. I can ping specific IP addresses but can't resolve any hosts. BUT, if I click on a link in eddie that opens up a new instance of a browser (with root privileges I'm assuming now) everything works fine. I can also launch a new browser gksu and it all works fine. Obviously that's not a solution. I've already verified that the firewall is not running. Any help at all here would be great. Thanks.
