eggdrop port problems

Hi,

I have an eggdrop running @ my ubuntu 12.04 LTS machine. have set the ports in the eggdrop config "set reserved-portrange 2262:2265"

I opend the ports at "forward ports" but ik keeps saying "Not reachable on server IP over the external port 2262, tcp protocol. Error : 111 - Connection refused"

All the other programs where i need to open ports are working good.

anybody with a solution?
