Aquila

Just out of curiosity I've noticed that Aquila always has traffic, for example 1mbps average and no problem anywhere else. So why use Aquila? Lots of people using that one even though there's Bunda and Imai for 20gbits instead of 2gbps like Aquila but in the same place. What's so special about Aquila?
