No, AirVPN does not present the same vulnerability.

I asked the support a question related to exit IPs, because I use a service that only allows one user per IP address. Their response:

„We have AirVPN users split in three big groups using only three different exit-IP addresses (one address per group), so it's not a solution for your case, we're sorry. The limitation of the service you mention is lethal for anyone behind NATs, unfortunately... however NATs with as many users as possible are vital to preserve a good layer of anonymity (the technique used by Mullvad is risky, because it exposes users to additional correlations, see https://mullvad.net/en/blog/exit-ip-fingerprinting-between-vpn-servers but for sure it helps a lot on your situation)“
