ANSWERED AirVPN speed dropped to 1/3

noticed that in the last (2) weeks the AirVPN download speed dropped to 1/3.
We're on a Gigabit connection, w/ Wireguard we were getting for the last (2) years 60-70MB/s, now it dropped to <= 25MB/s.
tested on (2) machines, both running Win 10 x64 and AirVPN 2.24.6.
Also uninstalled and re-installed AirVPN.
nothing has changed on the machines or AirVPN cfg.
tested w/ high speed downloads.
Servers used are close in proximity w/ very low ping.
when switching servers trying to find a faster one, sometimes you can get one that (although higher ping) provides the usual speed 60-70 MB/s.

How to fix this?
What is throttling the connection?

AirVPN isn't throttling.  It's something else.  Therefore, the answer isn't on this board except for some community support.

If you've tried every server and they're all slower, then the answer has to be with your ISP or your local network.

you were right this seems to be a jdownloader issue in that they're throttling AirVPN.
I initially tested this by downloading a large Nvidida GPU installer file via jdl w/ AirVPN active.
speed is 20-25MB/s max now.
then disabled AirVPN and speed in jdl is 50-70MB/s.
so, this indicated an AirVPN issue.
but, just tested w/ AuirVPN active and downloading the same file in the browser, and speed is 50-70 MB/s, so it seems jdl is the bottleneck.

anybody else have same experience?
