Unable to connect to ANY server due to handshake timesouts

I am currently unable to connect to any servers on the VPN, just got the vpn yesterday and even walked away from my computer and let it try to auto connect to servers for half and hour and I still can't connect to anything due to  wireguard > handshake timeouts. I have reinstalled and completely shutdown windows firewall and I am still unable to connect to ANY local servers.
