Hi, i have problem to see the website https://www.scan-manga.com, in your https://airvpn.org/routes/ all server display Fail (HTTP 404).When i disconnect to VPN by eddy program, i can navigate in the website https://www.scan-manga.com. Can you resolve this problem.

I get a 404 from my ISP IP, too. Sure the domain name is correct? Or maybe on / there's nothing but you need some path to actually reach something?

Yes my test is simple. 
1) I connect with eddie and go in the website https://www.scan-manga.com/Favoris.html => I get 404
2) I disconnect eddie and refresh page ctrl-R => i get website with no problem. But my computer have DNS 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 by default.

Ok, it's very strange, but with my IPS i get this. My IPS is FREE into france and when i test with my smartphone without wifi, the website change url to https://m.scan-manga.com/?home and i can see a content.

Is this a French website? If it is, it's entirely possible that nginx's GeoIP2 module is being used to return a 404 for everyone not in France, though that's a nginx Plus feature.
Or it's some other mechanism not based on GeoIP but something else; but still, visitors are somehow being differentiated here and it's not based on whether it's a VPN or not.
