Running wireguard with normal configs on my own VPSes seems to work fine, this happens both with my own wg connected and disconnected
I am connected to a hotspot running lineageos with verizon upstream

The issue was resolve

Try a connection again, then provide a system report..

Looks like a full system update and reboot fixed it.
