Is there a way to bypass ISP throttle?

Hello
Been using Airvpn for 10 years. and my experience with it has been more than great. I always get 100% of my internet speed while using the vpn. However, last 2 months my ISP has made some new stuff that made a throttle on the VPN, my 200Mbps speed is not 40mbps with vpn only and it the ping gets much higher in games\voip sadly.

I use latest version of Eddie on windows 11 with the default settings, tried changing the protocol but didnt help much.

Any ideas would be highly appreciated
