It doesn't really matter. That option is only there to tell Windows whether it should enable Windows sharing options (i.e., SMB, like files, printers and the like) for that network. But there are no devices that will be able to reach you, anyway, unless you explicitly forwarded any remote port to local port 445, so whether it's Home, Work or Public, it's all the same. Public will disable it altogether and is still the safer choice – you can't be attacked through something that is not there.
