ANSWERED web server cannot be accessed using airvpn server, but can be accessed using android with different public ip

I have connected to the airvpn server

and get:

Airvpn Public IP: 70.70.70.70
Airvpn Public Port: 5000
Airvpn Local Port: 80

My computer uses an apache web server with port 80

If I access it from a server computer that has an apache web server installed, it won't work.
But it can appear if accessed using a browser on Android without airvpn.

What's wrong with my settings?
Please help. Thank you.

This is completely normal due to the way networks work.  The server that's hosting the web server and VPN client can only reach the web server at localhost.
