ANSWERED how to attach file when contacting AIrvpn?

searching/can't figure out how to attach a new file when Composing New Message to airvpn. i only see url and existing attachment options.

Create a ticket without attachments, then open your ticket in the client area and add a message to the ticket containing the missing attachments since the full editor is used there.
It's a good feature request, though.
