Double NAT Problems?

So I'm having a couple of different issues and I was gonna see here if anyone else could help out. On plex I cant get remote access to enable because it says that there was a double nat failure of some kind. And I cant figure out how to fix it. But on top of that, my eddie client will not connect to any server. sometimes it will immediately disconnect when trying, or it will get stuck on checking ipv4. I'm stumped on how to fix both of these issues. I figured the one with plex was a port issue, and i usually forward my ports through airvpn and now I cant even do that.
