Nasheayahu 2 Posted 01/17/2024 I going through pfSense baseline guide with VPN, Guest and VLAN support and I want three clients to be able to switch between them. Is this possible or I can only create one? Quote Share this post Link to post
go558a83nk 371 Posted 01/17/2024 yes, you can have multiple clients and use the firewall rules choose which one gets used or create a gateway group with the 3. 2 Nasheayahu and p1753162 reacted to this Quote Share this post Link to post

Nasheayahu 2 Posted 01/17/2024 I'm done, but doing a once over and studying the configuration, I may have missed a setting in this section "Configure Gateways" stating: Set the default IPv4 gateway to WAN_DHCP ...I assuming nguvu just missed the photo portion, but do I set this to WAN_DHCP? Nasheayahu 2 Posted 01/18/2024 It appears to be working, but my ISP IP is showing when I go to iplocation.net to see if the VPN IP is assigned....UPDATE: after further testing, I'm starting to understand this configuration...., very nice and what I was looking for to help me understand how to control my network, and after I completely do, then I can tailor it to my network...😂👍 Quote Share this post Link to post

Yes, the default gateway should be WAN. Quote Share this post Link to post
