Eddie Score Rating

Hello,

I don't really understand how the scores work on the server list.
If I set the "Scoring Rules" to "Latency" every Server gets a Score.
If the Default Value "Speed" is selected, I only get a Score Rating for NL servers, occasionally some other small server sized countries as well.
Is there a mistake on my side?
