Slow Torrenting Speeds

Hi all. im very new to this, using eddie for torrenting via qBitTorrent. To start, the things in there take about 5 minutes to begin installing. (not sure if this is normal). my MAIN issue is that my speeds are awful. im connected to a server in my country, did a speed test on fast.com, and it said 110mbps. (The servers it listed are where im VPN'ing too, so thats good). However, on qBit, im getting 500kbps-7MiB/s. The upload speeds are even worse, always in the KB's. usually only double digits, too. How do i fix this?

Well, first, by giving us an idea of your setup. Connect, then provide a system report:While you're at it, you could also tell us of your qB config, especially network settings. A screenshot would do.
