I can't connect AIrVPN through the TOR browser. It gives the error UDP is not allowed with a proxy. Help pls

Not a bug, as you must select TCP for any proxy to work. It's in Preferences > Protocols, after deselecting Automatic.

the reason why Eddie does not tell you this on its own is because SOCKS5 protocol itself (used by Tor) can support UDP, so with another Socks5 proxy you could connect using UDP, but Tor specifically is TCP only.
They use SOCKS5 as proxy but non TCP streams are dropped and not forwarded. So the only way you can connect to any VPN via Tor's socks5 proxy is to use TCP connection protocol for the VPN, exactly what @OpenSourcerer correctly advised you above.
