ANSWERED unable to obtain elevated privileges (required): unable to start (no socket) eddie ui

Hello,

This is happening sportadically.  Eddie usually launches.  It launched today, then I came back turn on my desktop and now I get a pop up that says:  unable to obtain elevated privileges (required): unable to start (no socket)

If I reboot, it will likely work (or not).  In task manager I see is the only related thing:



I tried opening as admin, same issue. 
But I can't Open Eddie to check prefs.

Suggestions?
