A quick review (not a customer at any point)

pros:
seems to at least only use protocols that are known to be secure (openvpn, wireguard)
seems to be talked about in forums in censored nations
options for crypto (btc, ltc, xmr)
privacy policy looked fine when i skimmed through
publishes annual transparency report in blog

neutral:
has onion address but only on main website
never heard of them
account sharing is against tos

cons:
is not clear with how things are configured, would likely have to contact support/become their customer.
no port-forwarding
comparatively limited servers/locations
supports tls 1.0/1.1 on website, which is horrendously outdated
