Not connected, Your IP: 18.116.28.22

Hi,

i have DD-WRT set up on my router, on my old ISP it worked perfectly, i followed the set up guide here.

I have just switched over to using a Zyxel NR5103e 5g hub and the router will not connect to VPN .

I've tried adding cloudflair dns to the static dns of the new router, i've tried disabling IPV6 DNS, tried resolving nl.vpn.airdns.org to an IP and inputting this. Nothing seems to work.

Is there anything else i can try in order to trouble shoot this?

When you try manually resolving this on the router, either with dig, host, nslookup or systemd-resolve, are you able to?

Yes, it works fine, there is a ping and tracert on the router and both work and give back data. nothing blocked at all from a plain connection or via eddie.

update:
i fixed the issue, took a while and a lot of settings changes of the device and changing them back to keep track, had customer services tell me that it's not possible to connect a router to their hub, but they were wrong.

For anyone else on three 5g with this issue, enable IP Pass through. it was that simple in the end, that is hiding under the advanced menu and under the cell network tab.
