ANSWERED Eddie client UI not opening - windows 10

started today, AirVPN connects normally then nothing, i go into task manager and its running but i cannot open the client interface to connect.
I downloaded Eddie again as part of troubleshooting

how do i connect without the client interface? or is this a bug you need to fix asap?

problem solved -  support did tell me to check all hidden icons - my fault for not investigating thoroughly - not sure how things changed on my end but issue is resolved.
