Connect to AirVPN without admin rights on Windows

Recommended Posts

OpenVPN requires admin rights on Windows (for a couple of reasons).

Here is well documented how to tunnel OpenVPN client via SSH/SSL.. of course, the requirement to be admin for initiating OpenVPN is still the case.

Is theoretical possible to do the other way round?
In practice, instead of WinClient -> OpenVPNclient -> SSL|SSH tunnel -> VPN, is possible to use another machine (Linux) to do something like the following:
WinClient -> SSL/SSH tunnel -> LinuxBox -> OpenVPNclient -> VPN ?

Or do you have any other suggestion about achieving the goal to connect a non-admin Windows client?
Thank you

Possible, but what's the point? To edit the routing table, and therefore to route all traffic through SSH, the routing table must still be edited.
