password issue

Turned off the computer for several days. Today opened, turn on Eddie and the password is not accepted! Tell me the algorithm for restoring or creating a new one, please!

It's the same as your login credentials for the website.
Did you enable profile data protection in Preferences > General and set it to Password by any chance? You might be asked for this password instead and that's why you're not moving forward.
