Not connected, Your IP: 18.116.52.29

I am running AirVPN on a router running Asuswrt-Merlin version 386.7_2.
I have Accept DNS Configuration set to Exclusive and all traffic is routed through the tunnel, with the Kill Switch enabled.
Under WAN DNS Setting, I have manually set DNS Server1 to 10.4.0.1 and DNS Server2 to 10.5.0.1.
It seems to connect well and IPleak.net shows no leaks.
My question is: is there any reason I should not use AirVPN’s private servers, exclusively?

Only reason I can think of is for DNS resolution when not connected to the VPN or if you decide to have devices not routed through the VPN.
