[Proposal] Meta (formerly Facebook) blocklist

It would be nice to have a Meta Blocklist. This list block all Meta apps, services, trackers etc. (Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, Whatsapp).

I've seen a Facebook blocklist in the past, but only in AdBlock format unsuitable for things like PiHole.

Would probably help as a list in AirVPN as well. Doesn't seem to be included in some of the aggregates I checked it against, including OISD and StevenBlack. Energized contains some of lightswitch05, but not Facebook. Probably not a duplicate, then.

OT: There's also an AMP blocker on offer, but I think redirecting to the canonical version of an AMP page through browser extensions etc. is less damaging. If someone would suggest including that list, too, I'd probably not support it. But that's another topic. You only suggested the Facebook block, I guess.
