Problem: AirVPN and hotspot

Hello all. My fiber line is down. So, for the time being, I use my smartphone's 4G connection by enabling the hotspot function to surf the Internet from my PC, running Win 10. Unfortunately, there are constant disconnections (sometimes even inability to connect) when I use Eddie, obviously on my PC. I then tried Mullvad (the other VPN I use) and everything went smoothly. I tried all the options offered by Eddie (protocols, ports, etc.) but nothing worked. I don't want to open a ticket because the internet provider said the malfunction can be fixed in 2 to 3 days, however, I would like to know if anyone has experienced similar problems.
