How To Set Up pfSense+ for AirVPN

My first attempts with How To Set Up pfSense 2.3 for AirVPN and pfSense baseline guide with VPN, Guest and VLAN support in two days with no success.  My problem is I'm not able to connect to the internet via AIRVPN, I can do a DNS lookup with pfSense, but not with any OS.  The second guide I was able to connect to the internet but not via AIRVPN.  Currently using the first guide after resetting, and I did my best to make sure I followed the instruction correctly.  Right now, I'm using my cell phone HotSpot to connect and write this post.  I have no clue what to check, was hopping I could get some help and I know this is a complicated setup but would appreciate it very much.

What will I need to post in order to get things going?
