Website seems to block servers from a lot of countries, having tried servers from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, UK, US, Austria, Switzerland. 
The proxy IP they display on the page is Proxy IP: 45.60.11.217 (ID 101443-100), which does not alter when changing AirVPN server. 
Will send their support a message and update this thread if I might receive a reply.

That IP belongs to Incapsula, a CDN, so mentions of a proxy make sense. It looks like a block on Incapsula's side, though. You might not receive a qualified reply from Decathlon simply because it might be out of their hands.

Thank you for your response and help. Already suspected something like this and will try to contact Incapsula as well, but suspect they'll need some pressure from Decathlon that their clientele isn't able to use their website when using AirVPN.

That "pressure" will be immeasurably low. VPN users are utterly dwarfed by the "normal" users of the internet. And since VPNs are used to pseudonymously attack infrastructure, a block will most probably not be lifted. Saves the CDN a little bit of headache.
Save yourself a few minutes and don't contact anyone. Just use another server or make a local exception for this website.
