OS X Eddie Configuration

Hi all, wondering if I could get some advice on some latency issues I'm experiencing with the most recent version of the Eddie OS X client. For awhile now, I've noticed a very significant increase in latency from any of my OS X computers that I don't see from similarly configured Windows computers. I've attached two screenshots, one from an iMac, and one from a Windows 10 box, and you can see the difference in the sever ping times. Both of these computers are hardwired on the same network, using same DNS and DHCP information. Both are also using the most current versions of their respective Eddie clients, and both operating systems are up to date. I've made no changes to the default client config on either of these, and I'm trying to understand the discrepancy. Also, no antivirus or security software is running on either system aside from their default setups as well. I have 3 different Macs in the office, and each one experiences the same issue.
