walmart.com (along with samsclub.com) blocked on all Dallas servers

This has been going on for the better part of a week at least. Can switch to Chicago or Atlanta servers and access without issue. 60+ ping from those servers is less then ideal when I have less then 20 on Dallas. It's as if there is a straight IP range ban on the Dallas servers.

Confirmed. I also checked using the AirVPN Route Checking tool. All Dallas servers bring up a 403 error.
