Host windows integrated vpn?

Hi, my question is whether I can host windows integrated vpn while connected to airvpn? I need windows vpn for another user to connect to me, so that we can play games through lan (another question - will it work like that?). It has to be through airvpn because I am unable to open ports on my router, since the protocol of my isp does not allow for that. Yes, I specifically checked with isp. So, considering this, will another user be able to connect to me?
