Hum. Same issue here - stuck on IPV4 testing. Disabling the checks as mentioned by madrat works but.. that's not great. Been using Airvpn with great success for a month now and this just suddenly came up following a windows update (KB4023057 update for Windows 10, version 20H2). Attaching my log as well.

Reporting this issue as this started today, I get this on three different machines, 2x running 2.20.0, 1x running 2.19.7:

AirVPN goes into an endless connect/cancel/re-connect loop, logs state: "Fetch url error:SSL peer certificate or SSH remote key was not OK"

Already rebooted modem and router, flushed DNS on all machines, re-installed Eddie, reset Win firewall....did not help.

The only way to get AirVPN to connect is to uncheck "Check if the VPN tunnel works" and "Check Air VPN DNS" (and still use Network lock)...

Is this a known issue ?

Eddie V2.20.0 suddenly won't connect using Windows 10, 20H2. It starts to connect, then disconnects, then restarts again - all in a continuous loop.
Any ideas on a solution?

I am having issues exactly like you and i thought i was the only one. Ended up not connecting through the VPN to see if it was and issue with Air and came here. I am going to quickly try your solution and be right back.

Same issue here, every server I've tried gets stuck on "Checking route IPv4" with the error "Fetch url error: SSL peer certificate or SSH remote key was not OK".

Might be a server sided error, since I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling older versions of eddie and the error persists.

This is also occurring for me as well. Is this a network level issue?

Just saw another thread that says that the SSL certificate expired which is why this is happening. No clue whether this is what is actually causing it, however a certificate expiring would affect a lot of people.

Have the same problem, also since today  (Win 10, Eddie 2.20.0.)

One system is connected 24/7 and it keeps working (I'll not try to change servers right now).

On other system (on same hardware router) I tried to change servers and it won't connect anymore to any of them, showing the "SSL" error as in O.P.

So today out of nowhere my Eddie client started failing at Checking Route IPV4 whenever I tried to connect to a server. I've used AIRVPN for what must be coming up on several years now and never had this problem crop up before. I've never changed any settings either. I followed the suggestions on here and it fixed the problem, disabling the checks etc. And that's great. But I'd really love to know why it just suddenly started failing when I've changed nothing over the years and it has worked perfectly fine. What exactly caused it to now have a problem and need me to uncheck boxes? Any answers? It does make me wonder.

Getting the same issue, only way I got it to work was to [DNS Panel] unitick "Check AirVPN DNS" ; untick "Ensure DNS Lock" on the [Advanced Panel] untick "Check if the tunnel works".

Have uninstalled  /  reinstalled everything twice - removed last 4 windows updates - no luck.

Other clients on Linux working fine across same network hardware.

I cannot connect to any servers and im paid up for 2 yearS... HELP ME

I am using Win10 and have the same problem with Eddie Version 2.20, but my other machine doesn't with v. 2.18.9, so I downgraded versions and it's currently working.

Just checked and I am now able to connect to all servers.

Same issue here. The errors in my logs,
