Port forwarding TCP test timeout

Has anyone had this problem where on the site https://airvpn.org/ports/
The tcp test for the port forwarding times out? Is this  a problem on the actual server itself? (my service on this port was working fine before).

Server was Alkurhah

EDIT: *facepalm* my service was not on, therefore it always would show as a closed port.

For the future: A timeout usually hints at a firewall blocking access. If a connection is rejected, it's a closed port.
But above all, both hint at a problem client-side, not on the server. So yeah, always point your finger at yourself first.
