Cannot connect to any servers

So, I've got the eddie client installed on two machines at the moment. On the first one, it works flawlessly, haven't had an issue whatsoever. The second one however, cannot connect to any server what-so-ever. I've trawled through quite a few similar threads and haven't managed to come across a solution to my problem yet, hence me making this post. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Well, you don't reach the server at all. Maybe a firewall or "internet security" suite?

Go to preferences>protocols.  Uncheck auto.  Try TCP, then SSL if TCP doesn't work.  Make sure to use entry IP 3 or 4 for tls-crypt.
