ANSWERED Connection impossible with Eddy for the first time.

Hello,

Since this morning and for the first time in 2 years, I can not use Eddy. No servers are available. In addition, the IP address that the AirVPN site detects is not what I have in my network configurations at the provider. Is it possible that my provider is blocking me access to AirVpn? If that's the case, I can not understand why.

Use native OpenVPN instead.

Basically that means that the ports are blocked by either firewall or ISP.
Having a different IP on AirVPN and ISP when not connected. That's a biggie. Some other culprit is at play here

Very possible.

If your dear ISP rebooted your hub.

Thank you very much FIX for answering me.

My problem is now solved. The excellent AirVPN team responded quickly and attentively. I tried to uninstall Eddy with an uninstall program, but some files were not deleted. This is the default configuration file that was corrupted. At the suggestion of a member of the Air team, I destroyed it using the terminal and the complete reset of Eddy fixed everything.
