Can't connect with Network Lock

Hi, everyone. I purchased a new laptop recently (Windows 10), but haven't been able to get Eddie (v2.16.3) to connect while Network Lock is activated. It does connect if Network Lock is turned off. I tried turning off my Firewall, and that didn't help. I'm pretty amateur when it comes to connection settings, so please be patient. 

I activate Network Lock, then "Connect to a recommended server." After connecting, it goes through the steps: Flushing DNS > Checking Route IPv6 > Disconnecting > Restart in 3 seconds. I have let it go through several recommended servers, and they all fail.

Here is my log from the most recent connection (with Firewall on, but I've allowed the Eddie-UI app through):
