Can't connect to anything through the VPN

rI'm currently trying to connect to anything, through the VPN. I have 3 months prepaid. I am running Mac OS X 10.8, with Tunnelblick. I've followed the instructions to set everything up, and I was receiving the "Authentication Failed" error.

After some searching on the forums, I found I could disable the "Monitor" function in Tunnelblick. That seems to have corrected the authentication problems, and I no longer get disconnected. However, I am unable to access anything online while tunnelblick is running.

I've tried several servers, to no avail. Is there any reason I can't connect?

Edit: Seems that I can connect to https://46.105.19.36/ but not to http://airvpn.org through my browser when the VPN is running. I presume this is a DNS issue? How can I fix it on OS X?
