macOSuser trying to use Eddie on Windows 10

Hi,

 

I've purchased a Windows 10 PC and I'm not overly familiar with the OS, other than the basics.

 

I've installed Eddie and and signed in ok, but when I try to connect to any server Eddie gets to "Checking Route IPv6" and then fails to connect Then Eddie disconnects and tries to reconnect only to fail again.

 

I'm at a loss of what to do.

 

Any suggestions are welcomed.
