can one get a new personal certificate and key?

hi i would just like to ask if one can get a new personal certificate and key if one suspects that some one else has acquired access to them and if so how do one do this?

if not i highly suggest that you add a option for this somewhere or integrate it with password changes so when one changes the password one also changes the personal certificate and key
